What file format should I send for my design?

We accept PNG, JPEG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and PDF files. For the most accurate colour matching, provide Pantone (PMS) colour codes alongside your artwork. If you only have a low-resolution image, send it anyway — our team can advise on what is workable.

What is the difference between embroidered and PVC patches?

Embroidered patches use coloured thread stitched onto a fabric base — they have a classic, textured look and work well for most logos. PVC patches are moulded from soft rubber, making them fully waterproof, more durable outdoors, and better suited for sharp-edged or 3D designs. PVC patches have a higher MOQ of 50 pieces.
